Premium Subscription Policy

This page explains, in simple and transparent terms, how the Calcula Artesão Premium subscription operates, when cancellation takes effect, and conditions for issuing a refund.

How the subscription works

The Premium subscription operates on a monthly recurring basis and unlocks advanced features across the app, including unlimited profile photo updates, unrestricted business name changes, and premium calculation tools.

All transactions are securely processed by Stripe. Billing automatically recurs on your monthly renewal date for as long as your subscription remains active.

For asynchronous payment methods (such as bank slips/boleto), confirmation may require extra processing time. Premium features unlock immediately once Stripe confirms successful receipt.

Full refund within 7 days

You are entitled to request a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days from the date your Premium access was activated.

Once a full refund is processed, Premium access is immediately terminated and your account smoothly transitions back to the Free plan.

The 7-day statutory guarantee begins exactly when Premium access is enabled on your account, rather than the initial checkout timestamp.

After the 7-day window closes, automated self-service refunds are no longer available in the app interface.

Important note regarding refund processing time

When a refund is requested in the app, the instruction is transmitted to Stripe in real time.

However, funds typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your credit card statement or bank account depending on your issuing financial institution.

In some instances, the original charge may simply be reversed and disappear from your statement entirely rather than appearing as a separate credit line item.

Subscription cancellation

Active subscriptions can be easily managed at any time via the self-service Stripe customer portal accessible within your account profile.

Canceling your plan terminates auto-renewal at the end of the current billing cycle and prevents any future charges.

If a full refund is initiated within the 7-day guarantee window, Premium access ceases immediately upon refund issuance.
